My oldest daughter is getting married next July.  She has a blog - link on the side over there - “We Met in a Bar”.  It is a really cute blog all about the wedding planning, neat ideas, cute clothes she finds, and more.  You should go check it out!  Since she has been blogging about flower girl dresses, I thought I would share some that she wore.

First… here she is in my wedding dress years ago

She was in four weddings, three dresses ….. I made this little pink dress with white ribbon. It was really hard, a vogue pattern I believe… but it turned out really good.

This dress I bought and took it in to fit better… did an okay job except for the shoulder pad things..

This dress is very cute, made this one too … I think… it’s been so long ago… We still have this dress! Check out the socks!

Now my little girl is all grown up and will have little flower girls in her own wedding. I need to start looking for a dress for me to wear! Since I don’t like shopping,,, this should be really fun….. not! I will find something nice, don’t worry Heather!

I love Survivor. It’s fun to watch, brainless, stress free until they’re doing a challenge and just a fun show. We do a little $$ in the pot and randomly pick who gets who …. really fun. Is it illegal to do this? Don’t want to go to jail for betting on Survivor. I’m the ring leader and could get 5 to 10…
Anyway, last night two people went home and I thought I would share my comments I send to the group…

The skinny, freezing, whiny girl had to go… plus she needed powder for her shiny face :O Sorry Jeanie….. Michele is out first. At least you get your $10 back.

Corona is the coolest cat. Except at 6:30 am. Around that time he starts meowing on the bed. You see, he’s hungry and ready for me to get up and feed him. Every morning I split one can of wet cat food between the three cats. I guess Corona’s stomach is growling or something. Whatever it is, it’s getting pretty annoying! But… being such a cool cat, I can’t fault him too much. Corona follows me around - to the bathroom in the morning, on the counter while I get ready for the day, then to the kitchen/office where I am all day. Every time you let Corona in from being outdoors, he rubs against your legs.  If I’m outside gardening, he will find me and hang out.  He is the coolest cat.

I have it marked on the calendar !!! I’m so excited because Survivor and Grey’s Anatomy start on Thursday and The Amazing Race and Desperate Housewives start on Sunday !!! Thank goodness I finally got a DVR because a few shows overlap. How come the networks do that? They should have a meeting and figure that out Anyway, just had to share with you how excited I am!
